Before relocating to Denver in 2021, Dr. Kaupke owned and managed multiple successful practices in New York City, gaining a reputation for high-quality, patient-focused service. He has worked alongside leading cataract and LASIK surgeons, building deep expertise in both surgical co-management and complex refractive care. As the founder of Young ODs of America, Dr. Kaupke has also mentored and supported the next generation of optometrists, promoting excellence and innovation in the field.
